If you think it’s hard to keep up with what’s hot and what’s not in the fashion world, just try staying up-to-date with digital media! Even Adweek and Mediaweek have had to change the name of their annual ranking from “Web Site Hot List” to “Digital Hot List.”

How do they choose what makes the grade? Factors include growth, unique audience, time spent, influence, ad innovation and results, and the ever-popular judgment call. Before you scroll down and read the list, what do you think you’ll see there? Here’s a hint: there are several newcomers. Got your mental list ready? Okay, read on.

  3. Hi Jimmimc,

Sorry, for some reason your comment got caught in the spam blocker. I have released it now.

I think your #8 is a good inclusion, but I’m intrigued by your #4. Why would you rank the Palm Pilot that high?

    Thanks for the comment!

    DB

  4. The palm pilot has longevity. There are as many people who can’t live without thier Palm Pilot as there are who can’t live without myspace.
